Vishan Group is an Indian industrial group. It exists because the three businesses under it keep meeting the same client at different moments: the plant that needs power, the plant that needs its waste stream handled, and the plant that needs to buy or sell across a border.

Rather than run those as unrelated ventures, the group holds them to one operating standard: work is quoted honestly, scoped in writing, delivered by teams we are responsible for, and closed out with documentation the client can actually use. That is the whole idea. Everything else is detail.

Each company keeps its own leadership, licences and P&L, so specialisation stays real. What they share is the bar they are held to.
